Urwa Shri Mariamma Temple, situated in the heart city of Mangalore is one of the most ancient temples of Mangalore. The presiding deity of this powerful temple is Goddess Mariamma. The temple is known far and wide not only in Karnataka but also outside of the state.

Samudaya Bhavana

Dear Devotees, This new hall named “Shri Mariamma Samudaya Bhavan” is being constructed at an estimated cost of Rs.8 Crores. Special facilities will be provided to devotees and public relatives.

Brahma Kalashotsava

In an astrological ritual (Prashna-Chintan) performed about this holy and powerful abode, it was directed that Brahma Kalasa ritual has to be conducted before the annual festival.

Annadana Seva

Tuesday - Friday only

Temple Management has arranged Annasantharpana Seva on Every Tuesday & Friday. The Devotees are hereby requested to donate their maximum for the same. A Tuesday or Friday food delivery costs Rs. 5,000/-

A lump sum of Rs. 10,000/-, every year one day food offering will be given by the temple in the name of the said devotees. Horekanike will be accepted for Chandikayaga and Maha Annasantharpan. Devotees are requested to submit the Horekanike to the constituencies 2 days prior to the date of Chandikayaga.
